球形托盘在巷道支护中的优化应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究球形托盘在巷道支护中的优化应用,以小庄煤矿40302运输巷为工程背景,采用理论分析和现场实测的方法展开研究。研究结果表明:方形托盘孔口处的应力集中导致托盘边缘处产生翘曲破坏;球形托盘结构能有效降低托盘边缘部分的扭矩,减缓其翘曲变形程度;40302运输巷采用球形托盘后,托盘损坏率降低至4.4%,提升了巷道的支护效果。 In order to study the optimal application of spherical pallet in roadway support,taking the 40302 transport roadway in Xiaozhuang Coal Mine as the engineering background,the research is carried out by means of theoretical analysis and field measurement.The results show that the stress concentration at the square pallet hole leads to warping damage at the edge of the pallet,the spherical pallet structure can effectively reduce the torque at the edge of the pallet and slow down the degree of warping deformation,after the spherical pallet is used in the 40302 transport roadway,the pallet damage rate is reduced to 4.4%,which improves the supporting effect of the roadway.
