摘要
无机荧光材料主要由基质和激活剂构成,具有吸收能力强、转换率高、物理化学性质稳定等特点。综述了无机荧光材料的发光原理及制备方法。无机荧光材料的制备方法主要包括高温固相法、溶胶-凝胶法、化学共沉淀法、水热合成法、微波辐射法、燃烧合成法等,介绍了不同制备方法的优缺点并对无机荧光材料的研究方向进行了展望。
The inorganic fluorescent material is mainly composed of a matrix and an activator,and has the characteristics of strong absorption capacity,high conversion rate,stable physical and chemical properties.The luminescent principle and preparation methods of inorganic fluorescent materials were reviewed.The preparation methods included the high temperature solid phase reaction method,sol-gel method,chemical cooperation method,hydrothermal synthesis method and the microwave radiation method,and the advantage and disadvantage of each method were discussed.The future research direction of the inorganic fluorescent materials were discussed.
