摘要
分子生物学是研究蛋白质、核酸等生物大分子的结构与功能、遗传信息传递规律及其相关的一门学科,是生命科学类本科专业学生必须掌握的一门专业主干课程之一。针对近几年该门课程在教育方面暴露出的问题进行了课程与实验教学上的改革尝试,同时引入了理论与实验有机结合的教育方法,并取得了显著的效果。旨在提高教学质量上提供有价值的参考。
Molecular biology is a subject that studies the structure and function of biological macromolecules such as protein and nucleic acid,the law of genetic information transmission and its related subjects,and it is one of the main courses that students majoring in life sciences must master.In view of the problems exposed in the education of the course in recent years,this paper makes an attempt to reform the course and experiment teaching,and introduces the educational method of the organic combination of theory and experiment,and has achieved remarkable results.The purpose of this paper is to provide valuable reference for improving the quality of teaching.
