“分子生物学实验”教学改革探索

摘要 “分子生物学实验”是基于生物化学和分子生物学理论课而开设的一门实验课程。“分子生物学实验”教学进行改革,对提升实验教学的效率和质量具有非常重要的意义。根据“分子生物学实验”教学的特点,对“分子生物学实验”教学体系包括教学内容、实验教学安排、教学方法、成绩评定、考核方式等进行了相应改革,并提出了影响实验教学的主要问题。探索出一套完善的分子生物实验教学体系,提高了实验的教学质量。结合多年来“分子生物学实验”教学的现状和教学资源等特点,从多个方面对“分子生物学实验”教学中存在的问题进行深入剖析并提出相应对策,以期提高“分子生物学实验”课程的教学质量,促进学生综合能力的发展。 Molecular biology experiment is an experimental course based on theoretical courses of molecular biology.It is of great significance for improving the efficiency and quality to reform molecular biology experimental teaching.This article has made corresponding reforms to the teaching system of molecular biology experiments,including teaching content,experimental teaching arrangement,teaching methods,score evaluation,and assessment methods based on the characteristics of molecular biology experimental teaching.And the main issues affecting experimental teaching were proposed.A comprehensive teaching system for molecular biology experiments was explored for improving the teaching quality of experiments.Combined with the current situation of molecular biology experimental teaching over the years,this paper will analyze the problems existing in molecular biology experimental teaching from the following aspects and put forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to improve the teaching quality of this experimental course and promote the development of students’comprehensive ability.
