摘要
针对机电专业人才培养中存在的问题,依据民办高职院校学生的学习特点,探索出了“2+1”的人才培养模式,并通过优化整合,构建出了“岗课证赛”融合的课程体系。实践证明这种人才培养模式提高学生的就业竞争力和岗位适应能力。
In view of the problems in the training of electromechanical professionals,according to the learning characteristics of students in private higher vocational colleges,this paper explores the"2+1"talent training model,and through optimization and integration,constructs the curriculum system of"post,course and certificate contest"integration.Practice has proved that this kind of talent training has improved students'employment competitiveness and post adaptability.
