摘要
随着诸多临床系统疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断日渐复杂,亟须培养医学生全面而系统的判断思维能力,针对当前“以学科为中心”的教学模式,将PBL与CBL相结合,对于常见的高血压疾病问题,进行“以高血压疾病为中心”的教学改革活动,探索将与高血压疾病相关的前期课程和临床教学整合在一起,在临床医学教育中尝试开展“以疾病为中心”整合医学创新教学模式。
With the increasing complexity of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of many clinical system diseases,it is urgent to cultivate the comprehensive and systematic judgment thinking ability of medical students.In view of the current teaching model of"subject-centered",this paper combines PBL with CBL,and carries out the teaching reform activity of"hypertension as the center"for common hypertension problems.It explores the integration of early courses and clinical teaching related to hypertension,and tries to implement the"disease-centered"innovative teaching model of integrated medicine in clinical medical education.
