摘要
教育公平是社会公平的重要基础,促进教育公平是国家基本教育政策。我国已建立起覆盖学前教育至研究生教育的学生资助政策体系,从制度上保障不让一个学生因家庭经济困难而失学,从而促进教育公平。资助育人模式虽然已提出并运行一段时间,但是在实际资助工作中,还是存在很多问题,如资助形式的多样,资助金额的增加,资助制度的完备,更多倾向于物质扶贫,精神扶贫还是存在把握不准确、工作不完善的问题,没有形成一套完备的体系使二者紧密结合。针对现实存在的资助问题,提出解决方案,努力做到经济上解困、思想上解惑、心理上解压;真正做到全方位育人、全过程育人、全员育人。
Educational equity is an important foundation of social equity,and promoting educational equity is the basic education policy of our country.a student financial aid policy system covering preschool education to graduate education has been established,which ensures that no student is not allowed to drop out of school because of family financial difficulties,so as to promote educational equity.Although the model of subsidizing education has been put forward and run for a period of time,there are still many problems in the actual subsidy work,such as the diversity of the forms of subsidy,the increase of the amount of subsidy,the completeness of the subsidy system,more attention to material poverty alleviation inaccurate grasp and imperfect work in spiritual poverty alleviation,and no complete system to combine the two closely.In view of the real problems of subsidizing education,this paper puts forward some solutions to solve the difficulties economically,ideologically and psychologically,and truly achieve all-round,whole-process education,and all-staff education.
