摘要
贫困生是高校普遍存在的特殊群体,并且成为了目前高校发展中较为突出的焦点问题之一和社会广泛关注的热点问题之一。通过对江西省普通高校的贫困生资助问题调查发现,江西省普通高校贫困生数量众多,资助压力大,贫困生资助工作有待进一步改进,对策有:加强贫困生资助管理,使贫困生资助制度化、透明化;拓展经费来源,完善现有的资助方式;积极推行国家助学贷款;建立大学生诚信品行档案,增强大学生的诚信意识。
Impoverished students are a special group in colleges and universities and have become one hot spot of the focal issues in the high education development, arousing wide social concerns. A survey carried out in the regular institutions of higher learning in Jiangxi reveals that the large number of impoverished students has put great pressure on the financial assistance programs, which requires further improvement. Solutions include： improving management of financial assistance programs for better regulation and transparency; expanding funding resources and improving current practice of financial assistance; popularizing government loans for students; keeping records of student moral conduct and credibility to raise their awareness of integrity.
