摘要
在《中国制造2025》的背景下,针对目前市场对智能制造领域复合型技术技能人才的需求,以中山职业技术学院智能制造专业群建设为例,以更新理念、创新机制、深化改革为主线,从智能制造专业群的构建、专业群建设思路、培养目标、人才培养模式改革、课程体系改革等方面进行了专业群建设的研究与实践探索,给出了专业群建设的结构、思路及目标,提出了“校企联动、精准共育”的“222”工学结合专业群人才培养模式,创新了“基础通用、方向分流、拓展互选、特色鲜明”的课程体系以及“底层共享、中层分立、高层互选”的实训体系框架,可以有效加快高职院校专业群建设工作的步伐,提高人才培养质量。
Under the background of"Made in China 2025",in view of the current market demand of complex technical talents in the field of intelligent manufacturing,with Zhongshan Polytechnic as an example,innovation and reform as the main line and reform,this paper carries out research and practical exploration on the construction of professional groups from the aspects of the construction ideas,training goals,talent training model reform,and curriculum system reform.The structure,ideas and goals of professional group construction are given,and the"222"training model of combining work-study professional group talents with"school-enterprise linkage and accurate co-education"is proposed.It innovates the curriculum system and the practical training system framework,which can effectively accelerate the pace of professional group construction in higher vocational colleges and improve the quality of talent training.
