基于协同学视角下体育教师参加继续教育现状的研究 被引量:3

摘要 教师的专业素质直接影响教学能力和教学方法。教师的素质,自身的技能水平都要跟上现在多元化的社会发展,随着教师继续教育的普及,教师开展继续教育的工作也在如火如荼的进行中,为了提高在职教师的水平,举办多样化的培训形式和培训内容,更好地提高教师素质,为培育祖国花卉做出更大贡献。通过继续教育的学习,使体育教师都能更好的增强教育改革意识,不断地充实自己的技术水平,才能更好的教书育人。结合目前存在的主要矛盾和问题,在协同理论的基础上,系统分析了教师继续教育的现状。确定影响教师继续教育的关键参数和控制参数,以便更好地促进体育课程的创新,加强教师素质教育,为了让教师在今后的岗位工作上有更好的发展状态。 Teachers'professional quality directly affects teaching ability and teaching methods.Quality of teachers,and their skill levels are to keep up with the now diversified social development,with the popularity of teachers'continuing education,teachers'continuing education work is also prosperous in order to improve the level of teachers,diversified forms of training are carried out to better improve the quality of teachers,make greater contribution for Chinese children.Through the study of continuing education,physical education teachers can better enhance the awareness of education reform,constantly enrich their own technical level,in order to better teach and educate people.Based on the theory of coordination,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of teachers'continuing education.to determine the key parameters and control parameters that affect teachers'continuing education,in order to better promote the innovation of physical education curriculum,strengthen the quality education of teachers,and make teachers have a better development in the future.
