摘要
油田采出水的处理与回用是影响油田可持续发展的关键因素之一,随着油田注水开发持续进行及增产措施的规模应用,采出水总量逐年上升且水质组成也愈加复杂,传统处理工艺难以满足注入水水质稳定达标需求。膜处理技术因高效的分离能力、自动化程度高等优点,在油田采出水处理中得以成功应用,确保处理后的水完全满足回注要求。文章探讨了膜处理技术,包括微滤、超滤、纳滤、反渗透在油田水处理中的研究进展、存在的问题,展望了膜处理技术的未来发展方向,旨在为油田水处理技术的可持续发展提供参考。
The treatment and reuse of oilfield produced water is one of the key factors affecting the sustainable development of oilfield.With the continuous development of oilfield water injection and the scale application of stimulation measures,the total amount of produced water is increasing year by year and the water quality composition is becoming more and more complex.The traditional treatment process is difficult to meet the requirements of stable water quality.Due to the advantages of high separation ability and high degree of automation,the membrane treatment technology has been successfully applied in the treatment of oilfield produced water to ensure that the treated water fully meets the requirements of reinjection.This paper discusses the research progress and existing problems of membrane treatment technology,including microfiltration,ultrafiltration,nanofiltration and reverse osmosis in oilfield water treatment,and looks forward to the future development direction of membrane treatment technology,aiming to provide reference for the sustainable development of oilfield water treatment technology.
