摘要
培养出满足市场需求的大数据专业人才是高职大数据技术与应用专业的首要目标,本文通过调研与分析给出了当前大数据岗位要求的核心技能,并基于自组织理论给出基于给出提升大数据专业岗位核心技能的策略。
Training big data professionals to meet the market demand is the primary goal of big data technology and Application Major in higher vocational education. This paper gives the core skills required by the current big data posts through research and analysis, and gives the strategies based on the self-organization theory to improve the core skills of big data professional posts.
