基于RSM-BBD的废石-全尾砂胶结充填体强度试验研究 被引量:14

Experimental Research on Uniaxial Compressive Strength of Cemented Backfill with Waste Rock and Full Tailings Based on RSM-BBD

摘要 为探究废石-全尾砂混合骨料下胶结充填体的强度特性,探明废石掺量、浓度、灰砂比等因素对胶结充填体强度的影响规律,基于RSM-BBD,采用正交试验对问题进行了研究。研究发现灰砂比对混合骨料充填体早期强度的影响明显,料浆浓度对晚期强度影响明显;研究结果证实,混合骨料充填体强度不仅受到灰砂比、料浆浓度以及废石掺量单个因素的影响,而且受到三因素交互作用的影响,料浆浓度和灰砂比的交互作用对充填体早期强度影响明显,废石掺量和灰砂比的交互作用对充填体晚期强度影响明显。 In order to explore the strength characteristics of cemented backfill with the mixed aggregate of waste rock and full tailings,and to find out the influence law of waste rock content,concentration,cement-sand ratio and other factors on the strength of cemented backfill,orthogonal tests were carried out based on RSM-BBD.It is found that the cement-sand ratio has an obvious effect on the early strength of the backfill with mixed aggregate,and the slurry concentration has an obvious influence on the late strength.The research results show that the strength of the backfill with mixed aggregate is not only affected by certain single factor of the cement-sand ratio,slurry concentration or waste rock content,but also affected by the interaction of three factors.The interaction between the slurry concentration and the cement-sand ratio has a strong effect on the early strength of the backfill,and the interaction between the waste rock content and cement-sand ratio influences on the late strength of the backfill.
