摘要
针对戈壁料充填矿山,为确定最优的充填体强度配比试验方案,以金龙沟矿区为研究对象,基于室内充填体强度及流动性试验,确定了灰砂比、料浆质量浓度、粉煤灰占比3种因素的试验设计范围,并利用响应面分析法设计了17组试验方案,研究了3种因素及其交互作用下对戈壁料充填体强度的影响规律,同时建立了3种因素与3 d、7 d、28 d养护龄期时戈壁料充填体强度间的响应面回归模型,优化了金龙沟矿区戈壁料充填料浆的材料配比。研究结果表明:灰砂比是影响戈壁料充填体强度的最大因素;3种因素交互作用下对戈壁料充填体强度的影响程度为灰砂比与料浆质量浓度>灰砂比与粉煤灰占比>料浆质量浓度与粉煤灰占比;在满足充填体强度条件下,金龙沟矿区戈壁料充填料浆的最优配比:灰砂比为1∶8、料浆质量浓度为82%、粉煤灰占比为10%。
Aiming at the mine filling with Gobi material,in order to determine the optimal materials proportion of filling body strength test scheme,taking Jinlonggou Mine as the research object,based on the indoor filling body strength and fluidity tests,the test design ranges of the cement-sand ratio,slurry mass concentration,and the fly ash content were determined,and 17 sets of test schemes were designed by using the response surface analysis.The influence laws of the three factors and their interactions on the strength of the Gobi material filling body was studied.The response surface regression model between each factor with the strength of the Gobi material filling body at 3 d,7 d and 28 d was built,the material proportion of the Gobi material filling slurry in the Jinlonggou Mine was optimized.The results show that the cement-sand ratio is the biggest factor affecting the strength of the Gobi material filling body.The influence degrees of above three factors on the strength of the Gobi material filling body are ordered as follows:the cement-sand ratio and the slurry mass concentration>the cement-sand ratio and the fly ash content>slurry mass concentration and fly ash ratio.Under the condition that the strength of the filling body is satisfied,the optimal proportion of the filling slurry for the Gobi material in Jinlonggou Mine is the cement-sand ratio of 1∶8,and the slurry mass concentration of 82%,and the fly ash content of 10%.
