摘要
对废石尾砂胶结充填进行系统试验研究。研究废石尾砂胶结充填集料特性规律,废石尾砂胶结充填体强度与充填材料配比之间关系规律,废石尾砂胶结充填体强度影响性因素试验等,为废石尾砂胶结充填体评价提供一种新试验方法。结果表明:废石尾砂胶结充填体不存在影响胶结体强度的化学反应危害;废石尾砂胶结充填体强度由水泥含量和废石含量决定,水泥及废石含量增加均能有效提高废石尾砂胶结充填体强度;废石尾砂胶结充填能有效减少水泥用量,节约充填成本,同时试验结果也为试验矿山充填配比设计提供参考依据。
This paper expatiates on systemic test research of cemented rock-tailings fill. It researches characteristic of composite backfill aggregate, relation of compressive strength of cemented rock-tailings fill and backfill mix proportion and effect factor test of compressive strength of cemented rock-tailings fill. It gives a new study method on cemented rock-railings fill mechanics. The test results show cemented rock-railings fill without potential chemical reaction harm, compressive strength of cemented rock-railings fill decided cement content and waste rock content, cement and waste rock can effectively improve compressive strength of cemented rock-railings fill, cemented rock tailings filling can effectively reduce cement dosage, economize backfill cost, at the same time test results can afford reference warranty for backfill mix proportion of test mine.
