摘要
为了研究芪松楂散对靶动物鸡的安全性,选择17日龄AA白羽肉鸡120只,随机将其分成4组,每组30只,设置芪松楂散推荐剂量的1倍剂量组(3 g/kg)、3倍剂量组(9 g/kg)、5倍剂量组(15 g/kg)和空白对照组。各试验组鸡进行拌料饲喂连续20 d,空白组饲喂基础饲粮,试验期间观察AA白羽肉鸡的精神状态、生产性能、解剖变化、组织学病理变化、血液生理指标和血液生化指标的变化。结果,芪松楂各剂量组及空白对照组肉鸡的精神状态正常,运动、呼吸及排泄物未见异常;各剂量组显著(P<0.05)提高了肉鸡增重、饲料消耗量、饮水量和降低了料重比;各剂量组鸡只的心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、胃、肠道和肾脏眼观和镜检未见明显异常。各剂量组鸡血液生理指标和生化指标没有发生显著(P>0.05)变化。上述结果表明,芪松楂散在15 g/kg剂量范围内使用是安全的。
In order to evaluate the target animal safety on qisongzha powder in chickens,100 healthy chicks(17 days of age)were randomly divided into four groups(30 Roosters/group).the recommended maximum dosage group(3 g/kg in fodder),3 times of the recommended dosage group(9 g/kg in fodder),5 times of the recommended dosage group(15 g/kg infodder)and control group.Chickens in each dispose group were fed with medicine for 20 days continuously,while the control group was fed with basic food.During the experiment,clinical and production performance changes were observed,general pathology and histopathology change were measured,and blood samples were collected for blood physiological and biochemistry.In result,the indicators of all chickens were within the normal range,and the indicators had no significant differences.The pathological changes of heart,liver,spleen,lung,stomach,intestine and kidney had no differences in treatment groups when compared with the control group.Our study suggests that qisongzha powder is safe for chickens at the 15 g/kg in fodder dosage.
