摘要
识别和分析领域技术竞争态势,对于掌握科学技术发展全貌、探索科技创新潜在路径具有重要意义。本研究采用自然语言处理技术对专利摘要进行文本挖掘,计算专利之间的语义相似度;采用特征分解方法提取处于重要位置的竞争性专利,构建竞争专利网络,并基于竞争专利网络展开多维度分析。研究结果表明,该领域的竞争性专利网络呈现碎片化特征,专利机构与国内持有人分布不均衡,申请人间的技术竞争表现为不同范围和不同的技术领域。
Identifying and analyzing the domain technical competition situation is of great significance for mastering the overall development of science and technology and exploring the potential path of scientific and technological innovation. This article uses natural language processing technology to conduct text mining on patent abstracts, calculates the semantic similarity between patents, and uses eigendecomposition to extract competing patents in important positions to construct a competing patent network. Multi-dimensional analysis is executed based on competing patent networks. The results show that the competitive patent network in this field is fragmented;the distributions of patent institutions and domestic holders are not balanced;the technological competition between applicants is manifested in different scopes and different technical fields.
