摘要
[目的/意义]识别和挖掘专利文献中的专利引用关系,对于揭示技术竞争布局,发现核心技术与识别竞争对手具有积极的作用.[方法/过程]采用物理引用与语义引用双重视角,对5G关键技术领域的专利技术概貌和特定申请人的技术竞争进行分析.[结果/结论]研究结果表明,语义引用分析能够获得比物理引用更细粒度的专利技术信息,能够获得更准确的专利质量信息,较准确地揭示专利申请策略与技术成长路径.
[Purpose/significance]Identifying and mining the patent citation relationship in the patent literature has a positive effect on revealing the technical competition layout and discovering the core technology and identifying competitors.[Method/process]This article uses the dual perspectives of physical citation and semantic citation to analyze the patent technology profile of 5G key technology fields and the technical competition of specific applicants.[Result/conclusion]The results show that semantic citation analysis can obtain more detailed patent information than physical citation,and can obtain more accurate patent quality information,which can more accurately reveal the patent application strategy and technology growth path.
