摘要
课堂教学规范化是以课堂为抓手,根据教学大纲和计划的总体要求,在科学、系统、正规的学科设计基础上,对课堂教学的目的、内容、方法和手段等方面确定的标准和方式。课堂教学是教师专业能力的综合体现,能直观地呈现出教师的职业能力。对教师来说,课堂教学规范化涉及教学准备、教学语言、教学态度、教学资料、板书、教学方法、教学反思等多项内容,进行课堂教学规范化建设,就是扣好教师专业成长的“第一粒扣子”,为教师提供多种帮助。
The standardization of classroom teaching refers to the standards and ways formulated for the purpose,content,methods and means of classroom teaching based on scientific,systematic and formal discipline design,according to the overall requirements of the teaching syllabus and plan.As a comprehensive reflection of teachers'professional ability,classroom teaching intuitively presents teachers'occupational ability.For teachers,the standardization of classroom teaching involves teaching preparation,teaching language,teaching attitude,teaching materials,blackboard writing,teaching methods,teaching reflection,etc.As the first step of teachers'professional growth,the standardization of classroom teaching provides teachers with a variety of growth-oriented help.
