摘要
方家山1#机组的2#凝结水泵电机在正常运行600多个小时后突然出现了轴承温度缺陷,给机组的稳定运行造成了较大影响。本文通过对2#凝结水泵电机解体检查及原因分析,找到了引起电机轴承温度高的根本原因,并从轴承脂润滑的机理入手制定了有针对性的处理对策,有效地消除了2#凝结水泵电机轴承温度高的故障。本次缺陷处理的方法,对类似脂润滑的电机轴承温度高缺陷处理,具有较高的借鉴意义。
Fangjiashan Unit 1#2#condensate pump motor in the normal operation of more than six hundred hours after the bearing temperature suddenly appeared defects,caused great influence to the stable operation of the unit.This article through to 2#disintegration examination and analysis of the causes of the condensate pump,found the root cause of the high temperature of motor bearing.And from the mechanism of bearing grease lubrication developed targeted treatment measures,effectively eliminate the 2#high temperature in the condensate pump motor bearing fault.Processing method of the defect of similar grease lubrication motor bearing temperature high defect treatment has high reference value.
