摘要
通过对某钢厂滚动接触疲劳寿命较低的S55C轴承钢取样做蓝脆断口试验:SEM显微形貌分析和红外吸收光谱测定试样中碳、硫的不均匀度等理化特性分析,同时对该钢的宏观夹杂物进行测定,发现该钢半径1/2区域处的碳和硫等元素的含量较高,边部与心部都为负偏析,而且其断口SEM的显微形态上有硫化物的析出并伴随微区的沿晶断裂,从而找出了导致该钢疲劳寿命较低的主要原因。
The cause of short contact fatigue life of S55C steel for bearing parts are discussed in the paper. By SEM analysis and infra-red absorption spectrometric method, the carbide and sulphides segregation are determined. The result shows that the decarburization has occurred in the surface zone and center zone. This is a cause that contact fatigue life is short.
