摘要
某核电厂上充泵电机在运行过程中,出现由于轴承温度上涨过快或温度过高而停运的问题。通过拆解电机轴承发现,驱动端轴承已烧毁及轴承室内的润滑脂不足、脂发黑炭化。通过利用设备根本原因分析方法,结合相关的油液检测分析手段,最终找到了造成轴承温度上升的根本原因是润滑选脂不当,直接原因是日常补脂周期与补脂量不精准。通过合理选型、调整周期与量之后,有效地解决了温升异常的问题。
During the operation of the charging pump motor in a certain nuclear power plant,there was a problem of bearing temperature rising too fast or overheating,which leads to the shutdown of the motor.By disassembling the motor bearings,it was found that the drive end bearings were burnt out and there was insufficient lubricating grease in the bearing chamber,resulting in blackening and carbonization of the grease.By usesing the root cause analysis method of equipment,combined with relevant oil detection and analysis methods,to ultimately find the cause of the fault.The root cause of the bearing temperature rise is improper lubrication grease selection,and the direct cause is the inaccurate daily grease replenishment cycle and amount.After reasonable selection,adjustment of cycle and quantity,the problem of abnormal temperature rise can be effectively solved.
