摘要
本研究以探究影响医方医患社会地位感知的因素为目的,通过问卷调查方法对贵州省的不同层级医院的医方群体进行现场调查,回收有效问卷476份,对医方群体在不同角色视角下的医患社会地位感知差异及其影响因素进行了研究。结果发现:(1)医方群体在作为患方与医方接触的过程中的医患社会地位感知与其在作为医方与患方接触过程中的医患社会地位感知存在差异;(2)在影响医方群体患方角色下的医患社会地位感知的因素中,男性、更长的工作日工作时间和有私家车能够正向预测患方角色下的医患社会地位感知;(3)在影响医方群体医方角色下的医患社会地位感知的因素中,职业为医师和护士、更高的主观相对经济地位和主观相对生活水平能够正向预测医方角色下的医患社会地位感知。由此本研究认为,医方群体角色的转变会影响其对医患社会地位的感知,反映了医方理解患方处境的可能性,但建立和谐的医患关系还需要医患双方的共同努力。
The study is to explore factors influencing the perception of doctor-patient social status on the part of doctors. 476 valid questionnaires were collected from a field survey of the medical practitioner groups in Guizhou for the very purpose. The perceived differences in the social status of the medical practitioner groups in doctors’ and patients’ roles were studied,as well as their influencing factors. The results showed that:( 1) the social status perception of the medical practitioners was different when they put themselves in patients’ role and doctors’ role respectively;( 2) among the factors influencing the medical practitioner perceiving social status under patients’ role,the masculine gender,longer working days and private cars can lead to positive prediction of social status;( 3) among the factors influencing the perception of social status of medical practitioners under doctors’ role,occupation of doctors and nurses,higher economic status and living standards can lead to positive perception of social status. Therefore,this study believes that the change of doctors’ role into patients’ can affect their perception of social status,which reflects the possibility of doctors’ understanding of patients’situation,but the establishment of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship requires the joint efforts of both doctors and patients.
