摘要
目的探讨人格在艾滋病防治医护人员职业压力与医患关系间的调节作用。方法采用中国大五人格问卷简式版、职业压力指标问卷和医患关系问卷对346名艾滋病防治医护人员进行调查,运用分层回归分析检验调节效应。结果人格、职业压力与医患关系相关(r=-0.394~0. 543, P <0.05);严谨性在职业压力与支持性互动关系间的调节作用显著(β=0. 123, P <0.05)。低严谨性时,职业压力对支持性互动关系的预测作用显著(β=-0.334, P<0.01);高严谨性时,职业压力对支持性互动关系的预测作用不显著(β=-0.099, P>0.05)。结论人格在艾滋病防治医护人员职业压力与医患关系间具有调节作用。
Objective To explore the moderating effect of personality between occupational stress and doctor-patient relationship among medical staff of HIV/AIDS preventing and controlling. Methods 346 medical staffs of HIV/AIDS preventing and controlling were surveyed by Chinese Big Five Personality Inventory brief version ( CBF-PI-B), stress subscale ( OSI-2) and patient-doctor relationship questionnaire. A hierarchical multiple regression analysis was used to test the moderating effect. Results Personality and occupational stress were correlated to doctor-patient relationship ( r = - 0. 394~0. 543, P < 0. 05). Conscientiousness had moderating effect on the relationship between occupational stress and supportive doctor-patient interaction (fl =0. 123, P <0. 05). In the group of lower scores on the conscientiousness dimension, occupational stress had predictive effect on supportive doctor-patient interaction (β= - 0. 334, P < 0. 01 ), however, it was not found in the group of higher scores (β= -0. 099, P > 0. 05). Conclusion Personality has a moderating effect on the relationship between occupational stress and doctor-oatient relationshio amon~ medical staffs of HIV/AIDS t^reventin~ and controlling.
