摘要
有调查显示,医疗效果与患者期望落差大、医患沟通不到位、医疗成本高是国内医院暴力的主要成因。为确保医患双方的根本利益,促进医疗卫生服务事业的健康发展,从国内医院暴力成因分析的角度,构建医院人本精神、保证医患沟通条件、完善医疗保障制度,是防控国内医院暴力的当务之急。
Survey has showed that large gap between medical effects and expectations, inadequate doctor-patient communication and high healthcare cost are the main causes of Chinese hospital violence. To ensure the basic benefit for both doctors and patients and to promote the healthy development, the spirit of the people to build the hospital, the doctor-patient communication to ensure that conditions improve medical security system, the prevention and control violence is the imperative in hospital in China.
