摘要
为探索缩短大叶榄仁种子萌发时间和提高发芽率的方法,在常规育种条件下,通过对大叶榄仁果实采取不去果皮和去除部分果皮处理,并分别用5%、10%、15%和20%的PEG-6000溶液浸泡种实7d,进行萌发试验,测定其平均发芽时间和发芽率。结果显示,各浓度PEG-6000溶液对不去果皮的种实引发效应不明显,但对部分去除果皮的种实均有明显的引发效果,与对照比较,体现在缩短了发芽时间,提高了发芽率。通过比较分析发现,部分去除果皮后各浓度PEG-6000处理的种实所需发芽时间依次为:5%<10%<15%<20%;发芽率依次为:20%>5%>15%>10%。综合考虑,5%浓度PEG-6000处理效果最佳。因此,在生产中,大叶榄仁的繁殖采取去除部分果皮,再利用PEG-6000进行引发的方法,可提高出苗效率从而降低育苗成本。
In order to find a way to shorten seed germination time and improve germination rate of seeds of Terminalia catappa,under the conventional breeding conditions,the seeds were removed without peeled and some peels,and the seeds were soaked for 7 days with PEG-6000 solution of 5%,10%,15%and 20%respectively.Germination experiments were conducted to determine the average germination time and germination rate.The results showed that PEG-6000 solution of different concentration had no obvious effect on seeds without peeling,but had obvious effect on seeds with partial peeling.Compared with the control,it shortened the germination time and increased the germination rate.Through comparative analysis,it was found that the germination time of seeds treated with PEG-6000 was 5%<10%<15%<20%and the germination rate was 20%>5%>15%>10%.Considering comprehensively,the treatment effect of PEG-6000 with 5%concentration was the best.Therefore,in production,the method of removing part of the pericarp and initiating with PEG-6000 could improve the emergence efficiency and reduce the cost of seedling.
