摘要
针对零售柜在高负荷运作下货门寿命的问题,对自动取货门机构进行了结构和传动的方案设计。理论分析了其凸轮连杆组合机构的运动原理、自由度和轨迹描述。研究结果表明:利用Solidworks Motion仿真软件对机构进行运动学分析,可得到在主动件为已知速度曲线条件下从动件的角度位置关系,与理论分析对比,验证了分析结果正确性;求得从动件速度,加速度运动规律,得出其运动平稳性与抗噪性,达到设计要求,验证了机构设计的合理性。
Aiming at the problem of long-term damage to the service life of a retail cabinet under high load,the structure and transmission scheme of the automatic pickup door mechanism were designed.The principle of motion,degree of freedom and trajectory description of the CAM connecting rod combination mechanism were analyzed theoretically.The results indicate that the kinematic analysis of the mechanism is carried out by using the Solidworks Motion simulation software,the angular position relation between the driving member and the driving member under the condition of the known speed curve can be obtained,and the correctness of the analysis result is verified by comparison with the theoretical analysis.The velocity and acceleration of the follower are obtained to work out the movement stability and noise resistance,meet the design requirements are met,and verify the rationality of the design of the mechanism.
