摘要
为解决井下乳化液混合不便、配比不精确等问题,应用TRIZ创新理论设计了一款基于电磁比例技术的乳化液配比装置。建立问题模型后,采用功能分析法对系统进行分析并导出系统主要矛盾;采用分离原理以及科学效应库解决了2个主要物理矛盾,并采用矛盾矩阵解决新产生的技术矛盾,最终完善了实施方案:使用电磁阀控制进入配比马达中油的流量,相应地改变配比泵的转速,以达到改变液压油流量的目的;并增加了浓度传感器实现浓度反馈,实现了乳化液的自动配比以及精确配比。在实际生产应用中,方案增加了乳化液配比可靠性,降低了工人劳动强度,减少了因乳化液浓度过高带来的用油成本和环境污染。
In order to solve the problems such as inconvenient mixing and imprecise proportioning of emulsion in coal mine,an emulsion proportioning device based on electromagnetic proportional technology was designed by using TRIZ innovative theory.After establishing the problem model,the functional analysis method was used to analyze the system and the main contradictions of the system were derived.The two main physical contradictions were solved by the principle of separation and the scientific effect library,and the contradiction matrix was used to solve the newly generated technical contradictions,and finally the implementation was improved.A solenoid valve was used to control the flow of oil into the proportioning motor and change the speed of the proportioning pump accordingly to achieve the purpose of changing the flow of oil.A concentration sensor was added to achieve concentration feedback and realize the automatic proportioning and precise proportioning of emulsion.In actual production and application,the scheme increases the reliability of the emulsion ratio,reduces the labor intensity of workers,and decreases the oil cost and environmental pollution caused by the excessive concentration of the emulsion.
