摘要
针对城市化进程中城市排水系统雨水下渗能力不足的问题,提出了基于TRIZ矛盾解决原理的自动增排雨水井盖创新设计方法,建立基于物场分析模型的标准解,物理矛盾的分离原理以及最终理想解的模型。采用一种双层的井盖以及利用雨水自身的重力,实现井盖渗雨量的自动调节。最后,通过制作3D打印模型,验证了该设计的可行性。
For the problem of rainwater infiltration in urban sewerage system during the fast pace of urbanization, a method of innovative design of the manhole based on TRIZ theory of conflict solving. An innovative design process model is based on substance-field model' s standard solution, and the physical contradiction' s separable principle and ideal final result is established. A double-layout manhole and the use of rainwater' s gravity is adopted to control the infiltration automatically. Finally, the design is verified by a real model made by 3D printing.
