摘要
由于同单病种的病人医疗需求和资源消耗相似,以单病种为单位的医疗质量评价更具精确性和可比性.使用TOP-SIS"逼近于理想值的排序方法"根据设定的多项评价指标、对多个方案进行比较选择,这种方法首先需要确定各项指标的正理想值和负理想值,然后求出各个方案与正理想值和负理想值之间的加权欧氏距离,由此得出各方案与最优方案的接近程度,作为评价方案的优劣标准.同时算法机中我们又结合秩和比综合评价法消除异常值的干扰.通过使用以上两种算法实现单病种质量监测的算法机模型,并成功在医疗系统中进行应用,提高医院对医疗过程的管理和质量的整体水平.
Because it is similar to the medical needs and resource consumption of single-disease patients,the evaluation of medical quality in singledisease strains is more accurate and comparable.This method first needs to determine the positive and negative ideal values of each indica⁃tor,and then find out the weighted Euclidean distance between the various schemes and the positive and negative ideal values,so as to ob⁃tain the closeness of each scheme to the optimal scheme,as the evaluation of the best and bad criteria.At the same time,we combine rank and ratio comprehensive evaluation method to eliminate the interference of abnormal value.By using the above two algorithms to realize the algorithm model of single disease quality monitoring,and successfully applied in the medical system,improve the overall level of hospital management and quality of medical process.
