摘要
目的通过研究住院费用及床日费用与平均住院日的关系,探讨平均住院日与医院效益之间的关系。方法利用局部加权的光滑和通径分析,就2008年全国18家三甲医院出院病人的13种病例组合进行研究。结果出院病人费用随着住院天数的延长而增加,而病人的床日费用随着住院天数的延长而降低。结论缩短平均住院日,可以提升医院效益。
Objective To analyze the relationship between length of stay and cost for single disease so as to shorten the length of stay and enhance the benefit of hospital. Method Data on 13 case mixes entities in 18 hospitals in 2008 were analyzed, and locally weighted smooth and path analysis was used to analyze the relationship. Result The results of 13 case mixes study showed the longer length of stay, the more cost of a patient, and the less cost per day stay in the hospital. Conclusion Shortening the length of stay can enhance the hospital benefits.
