摘要
为了探究重金属铅对万寿菊种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,利用水培方式对不同铅浓度下万寿菊种子萌发及幼苗生长情况进行研究.实验设置5个Pb^2+浓度梯度,分别是T0(0 mg/L)、T1(20 mg/L)、T2(40 mg/L)、T3(80 mg/L)、T4(160 mg/L)铅离子处理液.实验结果表明:低浓度的Pb2+胁迫对万寿菊种子的发芽率、发芽势产生一定的促进作用,当浓度高于20 mg/L时,万寿菊的发芽势和发芽率都随着铅离子溶液浓度增加而降低.Pb^2+浓度为20 mg/L时促进作用最强烈,当Pb2+浓度高于20 mg/L时随着铅离子溶液浓度的增加,Pb^2+对种子发芽及幼苗生长均产生抑制效果;不同铅离子溶液对万寿菊根长有一定作用但不是很明显;万寿菊种子对铅离子的耐受性比较强.
In order to explore the effects of Pb on the seed germination and seedling growth of marigold(Tagetes erecta L.),the seed germination and seedling growth of marigold at different concentrations of lead were studied by solution culture.Five Pb concentration gradients were set as lead ion treatment solutions with T0(0 mg/L),T1(20 mg/L),T2(40 mg/L),T3(80 mg/L),and T4(160 mg/L).The results showed that the low concentration of Pb^2+stress promoted the germination rate and germination potential of marigold seeds to some extent.When the concentration was higher than 20 mg/L,the germination potential and germination rate of marigold decreased with the increase of lead ion concentration.When the concentration of Pb^2+was 20 mg/L,the promoting effect was the strongest.When the concentration of Pb^2+was higher than 20 mg/L,Pb^2+inhibited seed germination and seedling growth as the concentration of lead ion solution increased.Different lead ion solutions have certain effect on marigold root growth but not obvious.Marigold seeds have strong tolerance to Pb ions.
