铅锌胁迫对早熟禾和狗牙根种子出苗和幼苗生长的影响 被引量:18

摘要 通过无土栽培实验,研究分析了不同质量浓度的铅、锌重金属离子单一作用和复合作用胁迫下对早熟禾和狗牙根的种子出苗率和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:(1)单一锌胁迫对早熟禾种子出苗和幼苗生长有低促高抑的作用规律,但狗牙根未受明显影响。(2)单一铅胁迫对两种植物的出苗率和幼苗生长均具有低促高抑的作用规律,且不同重金属离子浓度间有显著差异。(3)有265 mg/L Zn2+参与下,Pb2+,Zn2+复合胁迫对两种植物种子出苗率和幼苗生长起抑制作用,且随着Pb2+浓度的增加抑制效应增加。可见,铅锌交互作用时,一定浓度的锌增加了重金属铅对早熟禾和狗牙根的毒害作用。 The rate of emergence and seedling growth of Poa annua and Cynodon dactylon under dif ferent concentration of single and combined of Pb2 + and Zn2 + ions were studied by soilless culture. The result showed that : ( 1 ) The rate of emergence and seedling growth of P. annua increased under the treatments with single zinc at low concentration, but it could reduced when zinc reached high concen tration. But the index of C. dactylon were not influenced by zinc obviously. (2) The rate of emer gence and seedling growth of the two tested plants both increased under the treatments with single lead at low concentration, but it could reduced when lead reached high concentration. And there were sig nificant differences in the different concentrations. (3) When the concentration of Zn2 + was 265 mg/ L, the emergence and growth of seedlings was inhibited obviously by lead and zinc ions, and the inhib itory effects became intensified as the Pb2+ concentration increased, and Pb2+ concentration was main inhibition factor. That suggested a certain concentration of zinc enhanced the poison effect of lead to P. annua and C. dactylon when treated with combined lead and zinc ions.
