摘要
综述了当前功能型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)产品的研究现状,分析总结了传统共混改性工艺的特点,指出其加工工艺复杂、物性衰减、透明性及底色丧失、填料添加量受限、有渗粉/油风险、功能性指标受限且很难长期保持等缺点。同时从TPU分子结构及合成工艺上探究了功能型TPU发展新趋势,并与传统共混改性工艺的TPU合金进行对比,总结了通过使用特种原料/高活性添加剂一步法合成功能(复合)型TPU产品简洁高效、保持/提升机械性能、保持透明性、无析出风险、功能性指标长期保持并且不受添加量局限的优势,并对由此衍生出来的新型功能型TPU产品如含硅热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPSiU)、透明型阻燃TPU等进行了展望。
The authors have summarized the current status of functional TPU research in this review and have analyzed the characteristics of tradition al blending technology.It is pointed out that blending technology is complex,and physical property is attenuated.Losing transparency and losing background color,limited filler addition,risk of powder/oil seepage,limited functional index and difficult to maintain for a long time is the inferiorty.At the same time,they explore the new development trend of functional TPU from the molecular structure and synthesis process.Also compared with the products by blending technology,the one-step synthesis of functional(composite)TPU by using special raw materials/high active additives is simple and efficient.The advantage of functional TPU is that it can maintain/improe the mechanical properties,and can keep the transparency,and has no seepage risk,and can maintain the functional indexes for long,and will not be limited by the amohnt.At last,they make a prospect for the functional TPU made by this new technology,such as TPSIO,transparent flame retardant TPU,etc.
