摘要
通过用有机醇铝水解的溶胶-凝胶法制备出稳定、均一、透明的氧化铝溶胶,将其配制成抗静电整理剂,通过轧-烘-焙工艺,应用于涤纶织物抗静电整理并分析了工艺条件对整理效果的影响。实验结果表明:整理剂10 g/L,焙烘温度160℃、时间30 s,织物的峰值电压和半衰期由原先未经整理时的4192 V和大于90 s,下降为9 V和0.41 s,抗静电效果显著。
A stable, even and transparent aluminium oxide sol was prepared by hydrolyzing organo-aluminium through sol-gel method, as an antistatic agent and applied on the polyester fabric for antistatic treatment. The influence of process conditions on the results of treatment was discussed and also analyzed.
