摘要
以含磷、卤素类阻燃性聚醚和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为原料,二元胺为扩链剂,以亚硫酸氢钠为封端剂,制备了水性聚氨酯阻燃整理剂.检测结果证明该整理剂对棉织物、涤纶均有一定的阻燃效果,洗涤5次仍有阻燃性.免除了游离甲醛危害,减少了对环境的污染.
An aqueous polyurethane flame retardant was prepared with isophoronediisocyanate and flame-retardant polyethers containing phosphorus and halogens etc. as raw materials, with diamines as chain extenders, and with sodium hydrosulfite as terminal blocking agent. Test results demonstrated that the retardant showed some degree of flame retardancy on cotton and polyester fibers, which were flame retardant after 5 cycles of washing. The free formaldehyde hazard was eliminated.
