摘要 为研究不同光温条件对水稻9311产量及品质的影响,本研究在大田条件下进行分期播种以及人工光温控制试验。分期播种试验结果表明,分期播种的光温差异对9311产量和品质产生影响,整个生长季较低的积温和日照时数有利于产量的提高,并可降低垩白、直链淀粉含量和糊化温度,获得较好的品质。苗期较高温度使直链淀粉含量和糊化温度降低,提高蒸煮品质,对产量影响不显著。遮光试验结果表明,适当的降低光照度可使籽粒总蛋白质含量增加,直链淀粉含量和胶稠度降低,垩白增加。因此,9311在生育期维持适宜的温度和光照有利于获得高产和优良的品质。 In order to study the effects of light intensity and temperature on the yield and quality of rice 9311,the interval sowing and artificial light-temperature experiments were carried out under field conditions.The results showed that the differences of light and temperature in the interval sowing experiment had effects on the yield and quality of 9311,and the lower accumulated temperature and sunshine hours during the whole growing season were beneficial to the increase of yield and the reduction of chalky content,amylose content and gelatinization temperature.The higher temperature at seedling stage reduced amylose content and gelatinization temperature,improved cooking quality,but had no significant effect on yield.The results of shading experiment showed that the contents of total protein and chalkiness increased,amylose content and gel consistency reduced with the decrease of illumination.Therefore,maintaining suitable temperature and light during the growth period of rice 9311 is benefical to obtain high yield and good quality.
