摘要
研究了灌浆期弱光对 3个杂交稻组合的籽粒生长及籽粒品质的影响。结果表明 ,4 9%遮荫及 6 9%遮荫下 ,籽粒空粒率升高 ,籽粒最终生长量、灌浆速率、灌浆相对起始势降低 ,以弱势粒及全穗籽粒受到的影响更大。遮荫处理后 ,糙米率、精米率、整精米率、透明度、胶稠度显著或极显著降低 ,组合间有差异 ;垩白米率、垩白度显著或极显著地升高 ,直链淀粉含量显著降低、蛋白质含量极显著升高。
A three-replicate, split-plot experiment was designed for this study, in which three rice hybrids were used as main plot treatments and shading was used as the subplot treatments. The grains weight and grains quality were measured during filling period. The final grains weight, grain filling rate and relative initial grains filling power decreased under low-light stress, and the grains-filling parameters in whole grains were less than that in superior grains. The brown rice yield, milled rice yield, head milled rice yield, translucency and gel consistency were significantly lower in low-light conditions than in control. The chalk kernel rate and the chalk degree were significantly higher in treatment than in check. The amylase content significantly decreased and protein content significantly increased while light density diminished.
