摘要
目的调查分析新诊断2型糖尿病患者的知识与健康行为现状.方法采用便利抽样方法,选取北华大学附属医院、吉林市人民医院2所三级甲等综合医院211例新诊断2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用自行设计的一般资料调查表收集患者的人口学特征,运用密西根糖尿病知识问卷(DKT)和糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)调查新诊断2型糖尿病患者的知识和自我管理各维度的得分情况.结果 211名新诊断2型糖尿病患者中有137例(64.9%)患者对糖尿病完全不了解,67例(31.8%)患者已发生糖尿病相关并发症.研究对象的知识平均得分为(6.70±1.60)分,总得分率为47.9%,处于中等水平;自我管理行为平均得分为(40.18±3.98)分,总得分率为33.5%,处于较差水平.结论新诊断2型糖尿病患者对疾病整体知识水平的认知与健康行为分别处于中等和偏下水平.
Objective Investigation and analysis of knowledge and health behaviors status of the newly diagnosed of type 2 diabetes.Method 211 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were conveniently selected as research subjects from two classification A hospitals,Affiliated Hospital of Beihua University and Jilin People’s Hospital based on convenience sampling method,and self-developed questionnaire was distributed to collect the demographic characteristics of the patients.The article uses the Michigan Diabetes Knowledge Questionnaire and Diabetes Self-Management Behavior Checklists to investigate the knowledge and self-management scores of the newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients.Results 137 Cases(64.9%)among of 211 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients had no knowledge of diabetes,and 67(31.8%)patients had already suffered from diabetes-related complications.The average score of the diabetes knowledge was(6.70±1.60)points,and the total score rate was 47.9%,which was at a medium level.The average score of self-management behavior was(40.18±3.98)points,and the total score rate was 33.5%,which was at a poor level.Conclusion The newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients’overall knowledge and health behavior of the disease are respectively in the middle and lower levels.
