摘要
目的对中文版糖尿病痛苦量表进行信度和效度评价,为评估糖尿病病人心理状态提供简单、有效的工具。方法翻译英文版糖尿病痛苦量表,将所形成的中文版量表应用于广州市某三级医院的99例糖尿病病人,评价其信度和效度。结果糖尿病痛苦量表和4个子量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.842－0.951,各量表与其他量表间的Spearman相关系数均小于该量表的Cronbach’sα系数;各量表得分与总得分间的Spearman相关系数均小于或等于总的Cronbach’sα系数,具有较好的信度和内部一致性。情感负担、与医生相关的痛苦和人际关系相关的痛苦3个子量表理论与实际结构大致相符合;生活规律相关的痛苦各条目的因素负荷较为分散。结论中文版的糖尿病痛苦量表具有良好的信度和效度,可用于对糖尿病病人的心理状态进行评估。
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Diabetes Distress Scale and to provide an effective and convenient way to evaluate diabetes-related emotional distress in Chinese diabetic patients.Methods The translated version of the Diabetes Distress Scale was applied among 99 diabetic patients and the reliability and validity of the scale was evaluated.Results The Cronbach’s coefficients of the scale and 4 sub-scales were 0.842 ~0.951 and factor loading was approximately consistent with the structure and content of the three sub-scales.Conclusion Chinese version of the Diabetes Distress Scale is reliable and valid to determine diabetes-related emotional distress in Chinese diabetic patients.
