摘要
卵巢早衰是目前生育期妇女的常见疾病,临床上并无特效疗法。中医虽无卵巢早衰的病名,但治疗多散在于"经闭"、"血枯"、"不月"等论述中,历代医家对此认识不一,追溯其源头,不过于"二阳之病发心脾"。本文通过阅读古今文献,了解"二阳之病发心脾"的相关内容,结合临床实践,阐述卵巢早衰的相关因机证治,为临床应用提供参考依据。
Premature ovarian failure(POF)is a common disease among women in child bearing period,and there is no specific therapy in clinic.Although there is no case name of premature ovarian failure in traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment of premature ovarian failure mostly lies in the discussion of"amenorrhea","blood withering"and"no month".Doctors of the past dynasties have different understandings about this,tracing back to its origin,but only"disorder of stomach may be affected by disorders of heart or spleen".Through reading ancient and modern literature,understanding the relevant content of"disorder of stomach may be affected by disorders of heart or spleen",and combining with clinical practice,this paper elaborates the related pathogenesis,syndrome and treatment of premature ovarian failure providing reference basis for clinical application.
