摘要
目的观察阴道镜联合利普刀在宫颈病变治疗中的应用效果,并总结治疗的可行性及安全性。方法选取2018年12月—2019年12我院收治的58例宫颈病变患者,作为对象加以分析。以奇、偶数方法将58例患者分为两组,每组各有29例。对照组为常规手术治疗,观察组为阴道镜联合利普刀治疗。结果观察组与对照组在手术时间、出血量、术后并发症等相关手术情况的比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组并发症对比差异明显(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组在治疗效果的比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在宫颈病变中应用阴道镜联合利普刀治疗,可在一定程度上提高患者身体恢复水平,缩短住院时间,减少术后并发症,对于提高临床治疗效果具有突出性的价值,可于临床应用。
Objective To observe the effect of colposcopy combined with LEEP in the treatment of cervical lesions,and to summarize the feasibility and safety of the treatment.Methods 58 patients with cervical lesions admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected for analysis.58 patients were divided into two groups,29 in each group.The control group was treated by routine operation,and the observation group was treated by colposcopy combined with LEEP.Results There was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group in operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative complications and other related operations(P<0.05).The difference of complications between the observation group and the control group was significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Colposcopy combined with LEEP in the treatment of cervical lesions can improve the patient's physical recovery level to a certain extent,shorten hospitalization time and reduce postoperative complications.It has outstanding value for improving clinical treatment effect and can be applied in clinic.
