聚焦解决模式用于骨科植入类器械清洁消毒效果及控制感染的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨聚焦解决模式用于骨科植入类器械清洁消毒效果及控制感染方面的应用价值。方法选取本院2017年2月至2019年1月入住的骨科进行植入类器械手术患者486例,依据患者入院先后分为对照组243例(采用植入类器械5428件)及观察组243例(采用植入类器械5436件),对照组采用常规器械管理,观察组采用聚焦解决模式管理骨科器械消毒,比较两组患者清洁消毒效果(清洗消毒质量达标率、包装质量达标率、灭菌合格达标率、发放及时率、二次清洗消毒准确率)及控制感染情况(肺内感染、切口感染、血流感染情况)及切口愈合情况。结果观察组器械的清洗消毒质量达标率、包装质量达标率、灭菌合格达标率、发放及时率、二次清洗准确率分别为99.50%、99.56%、100.00%、99.91%、100.00%,均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组切口愈合情况(甲级228例、乙级15例),优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肺内感染、切口感染、血流感染发生率分别为0.41%、6.17%、0.00%,均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式用于骨科植入类器械的清洁消毒过程中,灭菌效果满意,对骨科植入类器械手术患者的术后感染风险具有控制价值,安全性更高。 Objective To explore the application value of focus solution mode for cleaning and disinfection of orthopedic implantable instruments and of infection control.Methods From February,2017 to January,2019,486 patients surgically treated with implantable instruments were selected.The patients were divided into a control group(243 cases with 5428 implantable instruments)and an observation group(243 cases with 5436 implantable instruments).The control group adopted the conventional instrument management,and the observation group orthopedic instrument disinfection under the focus solution mode management.To The effects of cleaning and disinfection(standard rate of cleaning and disinfection quality,standard rate of packaging quality,qualified rate of sterilization,timely rate of distribution,accuracy rate of secondary cleaning and disinfection),and control of infection(lung infection,incision infection,bloodstream infection),and wound healing were compared between these two groups.Results The qualified rates of clear and disinfection quality,packaging quality,and sterilization,the timely distribution rate,and accurate secondary cleaning rate were 99.50%,99.56%,100.00%,99.91%,and 100.00%in the observation group,which were lower than higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The wound healing in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of pulmonary,incision,and bloodstream infection were 0.41%,6.17%,and 0.00%in the observation group,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Application of focus solution mode in the cleaning and disinfection process of orthopedic implant instruments has satisfactory sterilization effect and value in controlling infection in patients after surgical treatment with orthopedic implantable instruments,and is safe.
