摘要
目的比较采用泡沫多酶预处理剂与自动超声机结合全效型多酶清洗剂两种预处理方法对手术器械的清洗效果,为手术器械预处理工作提供依据。方法以使用后2-4小时内有肉眼可见的血液类污物的手术器械60件作为样本,随机分为两组,实验组使用泡沫多酶预处理剂预处理,对照组采用自动超声机结合全效型多酶清洗剂预处理,用ATP生物荧光检测法检测两组预处理结果,进行比较。经清洗机清洗后,再次使用ATP生物荧光检测法检测,比较两组最终的清洗效果。结果经两种方法预处理后,实验组与对照组相比,预处理效果无统计学差异(P>0.05)。经清洗机清洗后两组合格率均为100%,两组清洗效果无差异(P>0.05)。结论泡沫多酶预处理剂和自动超声机结合全效型多酶清洗剂两种预处理方法能达到相同的预处理效果。
Objective Comparing two different pretreatment methods on quality of equipment cleaning in surgery, one was foam multiple enzyme pretreatment agent, another was automatic ultrasonic machine combine with full-effect multi-enzyme cleaning agent, trying to provide the theoretical basis for surgical instruments pretreatment. Methods The pollution equipment which had visible blood within two to four hours after using was included. 60 pieces of pollution equipment was randomly divided into two groups. Respectively, the experimental group was pretreated with foam multiple enzyme pretreatment agent and the control group was pretreated with automatic ultrasonic machine combine with full-effect multi-enzyme cleaning agent. After pretreatment, all the 60 pieces of pollution equipment was cleaned by cleaning machine. And then the cleaning effect was compared by ATP assay by relative fluorescence ATP(RLU was measured) at three times, including before pretreatment, after pretreatment and after cleaning. All the results were compared between the two groups. Result After pretreatment with the two different methods, compared with the control group, the pretreatment effect of experimental group was not statistically significant(P〈0.05). In the meantime, there was no significant difference in RUL between the two group after cleaning(P〈0.05). Conclusion The two pretreatment methods, both foam multiple enzyme pretreatment agent and automatic ultrasonic machine combine with full-effect multi-enzyme cleaning agent can achieve the same effective pretreatment effect.
