摘要
新时代,国内外形势正发生深刻而复杂的变化,高校思想政治工作要始终坚持以“立德树人”为核心的三全育人模式。针对高校思想政治工作面临的内外部的机遇与挑战,“三全育人”模式应从育人队伍、育人阶段、育人机制三方面入手,提高高校思想政治工作的实效性。
As sophisticated and deep changes have occurred internationally and domestically,the ideological and political education of higher universities has persistently been devoted to“Three-in-One Education”mode with cultivating moral standards at the core.Challenged internally and externally by opportunities and risks of the ideological and political education of higher universities,we should start our work on“Three-in-One Education”mode from teachers’talent pool,students’cultivation periods and the cultivating system.As a result,the level and efficiency of the ideological and political education of higher universities can be elevated.
