摘要
目的 :探讨通过Markov模型评价高血压各阶段管理过程中药学干预所体现的治疗效果。方法 :将10例高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各5例,两组均接受常规药物治疗,实验组同时进行药学干预措施,包括药学监测和用药教育。结果 :通过Markov预测,发现实验组患者的血压波动更小。实验组在血压正常区间的概率相对比较大,对照组在血压正常区间的概率相对偏小。结论 :药学干预可降低高血压患者血压波动带来的风险,同时,Markov模型能较好地预测血压的变化。
Objective:To explore the effect of pharmacological intervention in the management of hypertension at various stages by Markov model.Methods:Ten hypertensive patients were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group with 5 cases each.Both groups underwent conventional drug treatment.Besides,the experimental group underwent pharmaceutical interventions including pharmaceutical monitoring and medication education.Results:The blood pressure fluctuation of patients in the experimental group was significantly smaller according to Markov prediction.The probability of normal blood pressure interval was relatively larger in the experimental group and relatively smaller in the control group.Conclusion:Pharmaceutical intervention can reduce the risk of blood pressure fluctuation in hypertensive patients.Meanwhile Markov model can better predict the changes of blood pressure.
