摘要
为研究博落回散对冬毛生长期乌苏里貉生长性能的影响,试验选取体重相近、健康的130日龄乌苏里貉60只,采用单因素完全随机试验设计,随机分为4个处理,每个处理设3个重复,每个重复5只乌苏里貉,每组基础日粮相同,对照组在基础日粮中添加金霉素50 mg·kg^-1,试验组Ⅰ、试验组Ⅱ、试验组Ⅲ分别在基础日粮上添加博落回散250、500和750 mg·kg^-1。结果表明,各试验组与对照组之间初始体重、结束体重、平均日采食量和平均日增重差异不显著(P>0.05);各试验组与对照组之间料肉比和腹泻率差异不显著,对照组与试验组Ⅰ的料肉比和腹泻率更加接近;试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的料肉比和腹泻率有依次增加的趋势。综合考虑,冬毛生长期乌苏里貉日粮中添加博落回散250 mg·kg^-1,可以替代金霉素,作为乌苏里貉无抗生素日粮的一个方案。
The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effect of Macleaya cordata powder on the growth performance of ursuri raccoon dog during the winter fur-growing season.Sixty healthy 130-day-old Ursuli raccoon dogs with similar body weight were selected for this experiment.The single-factor completely randomized trial was designed with 4 treatments,each with 3 replicates,5 ursuli raccoon dogs.Each group had the same basal diet.The control group was added chlorte-tracycline 50 mg·kg^-1 to the basal diet.Test groupⅠ,test groupⅡ,test groupⅢwere supplemented with 250,500,750 mg·kg^-1 of Macleaya cordata powder on the basal diet respectively.The results showed that the difference in the initial body weight,end weight,average daily feed intake and average daily gain were not significant between the test groups and the control group(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the feedmeat ratio and the diarrhea rate between the test groups and the control group(P>0.05),and the feed-meat ratio and diarrhea rate were closer in the control group and the test groupⅠ;the feed-meat ratio and diarrhea rate of the test groupⅠ,ⅡandⅢhad a tendency to increase in order.In conclusion,adding 250 mg·kg^-1 Macleaya cordata powder to the diet of ursuri raccoon dog during the winter fur-growing season,it can replace chlortetracycline,as a plan for the no-antibiotic diets.
