摘要
植物生物碱因其来源广泛,原料易得,优异的抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗菌消炎等活性被广泛关注。本文综述了目前生物碱成分的溶剂提取、超声提取以及超临界流体提取技术,介绍了植物生物碱成分生理活性的研究进展,分析了其中存在的问题,并对其应用前景进行了展望,旨在为植物生物碱的研究与应用提供参考。
Plant alkaloids have attracted widespread attention due to their wide sources,easy availability of raw materials,and excellent antioxidant,anti-tumor,antibacterial,and anti-inflammatory activities.This article reviews the current solvent extraction,ultrasonic extraction,and supercritical fluid extraction techniques for alkaloid components.The research progress on the physiological activity of plant alkaloid components has been introduced.This paper analyzes the existing problems,and looks forward to their application prospects,aiming to provide reference for the research and application of plant alkaloids.
