摘要
以20%的甲醇作溶剂,将盐酸血根碱,盐酸小檗碱、博落回碱和博落回总碱配成9600ug/m l的溶液,测定了这四种物质对8种真菌的抑菌效力(抑菌圈直径)及最低抑菌浓度(M IC)。结果表明,这些物质具有不同程度的抗真菌效力,其中盐酸血根碱具有很强的广谱抑菌作用,对木霉、根霉、黄曲霉、黑曲霉、米曲霉、毛霉、酵母的最低抑菌浓度均低于40 ug/m l,具有较好的开发应用前景。
The antibacterial effects of sanguinarine, bocconoline berberine and the total alkaloids from macleaya cordata, was studied. With the eigiht kinds of epiphytes, the antibacterial effect was tested the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the antimicrobial effect ( the diameter of the antimicrobial circle) of the materials. The results showed that the materials had antibacterial effect on the tested eight microbes which are Trichoderma, Rhizopus ,AspergiUus flavus,AspergiUa niger,Aspergillus oryzea and Saccharomyces Cerevisiae. , while sanguinarine had far more strong and extensive antibacterial effect and the MIC were much lower than 40 ug/ml.
