摘要
现阶段,我国教师教育的主要矛盾已经转变为提高质量的要求与提高质量的能力之间的矛盾。要解决这一矛盾,必须改变传统教师教育重理论轻实践的现状,增加现场体验的教学模式。“虚拟现场”是实践教育理论发展的重要结果,它不再是直接告知“可以怎样做”的传统教师教育课堂,而是用一种实践性的整合方式终结了“理论”与“实践”的二元论。基于“虚拟现场”理论,可以构建出以“做—研—点—做”为核心理念的虚拟现场教学模式。这一模式有助于教师专业知识的整合、专业能力的提升以及专业情怀的觉醒。
At present,the main contradiction of teacher education in China has been transformed into the contradiction between the requirement of improving quality and the ability of improving quality.To solve this contradiction,we must change the current situation where traditional teacher education pays more attention to theory than practice,and then increase the teaching mode of on-the-site experience.“Virtual scene”is an important result of the development of practical education theory.It is no longer a traditional teacher education classroom that directly tells“how to do”,but a practical integrated way to end the dualism of“theory”and“practice”.Based on the theory of“virtual scene”,a virtual field teaching mode with the core idea of“do-research-point-do”can be constructed.The mode is conducive to the integration of teachers’professional knowledge,the improvement of professional ability and the awakening of professional feeling.
